Bio: Sergio was born in New York in 1971 and raised in Rome, Italy. His mother, Primarosa Cesarini Sforza is an italian painter, his father Joseph Kurhajec an american sculptor. Raised with an appreciation for art, Sergio went on to study at the Accademia delle Belle Arti in Rome, exhibited at various fine art galleries and worked at CineCitta' as an assistant DP. Later on he came back to his native NYC to study at the International Center of Photography and to assist with fashion photographers such as Diego Uchitel, Carter Smith, Kevin Aucoin and Christopher Micaud.
Sergio has been photographing professionally since 2002 and has worked with both editorial and advertising clients.
