Henry Bourne
Bio: Henry Bourne is a photographer of architecture, portraits, travel & landscapes, reportage, and still life.
Henry has produced two books, "The Ivy" and "Le Caprice", and his work has appeared in several exhibitions in the UK and US, including DIFFA exhibitions in New York. He was nominated for the The Citibank Private Bank Photography Prize 2000 (Photographers Gallery London).
Portrait commissions include: Richard Prince, Elisabeth Peyton, Sir Terrence Conran, Tom Dixon, Marc Newson, Katzuo Ishiguro, Matthew Williamson, Patrick Caulfield, Philippe Starck, and Vanessa Redgrave.
In 1997 he won the Gold Medal Photography Award for the Society of Publication Designers, USA.
Bourne is a visiting photography lecturer at Central St Martins College of Art and Design February 2008.
Exhibitions include a solo show, Brompton Design District Gallery (November 2008), Arden & Anstruther Gallery (May 2009).
