Luke Wilson
Bio: Since establishing his practice in 2001, Luke Wilson has built an extensive list
of international clients with his instantly recognizable illustrative style. His
hand-rendered artworks have featured in advertising and design projects for
American Express, Nokia, Nivea and MoreFun Asia, while also appearing
editorially in magazines and newspapers including Wallpaper*, Esquire, GQ, The
Times, Maxim, Foto8 and The Guardian.
Alongside commercial projects,
Wilson's style and approach has been profiled in Clin d'oeil - A New Look at
Modern Illustration published by Pao&Paws, AOI Images: The Best of British
Contemporary Illustration and Graphics International magazine (now Grafik).
Helping to bridge the gap between graduation and the commercial world of
illustration, he's also a regular visiting lecturer to universities and
institutes in the UK and has served as an illustration award judge for
D&AD.
